"Evening" - Fort Rompu farmhouse. On the right is seen the dog-wheel, a large enclosed wheel worked by a dog in the manner of the squirrel wheels. By this means, the butter and milk machines were worked. Annotated on back of picture - A week or so after this was painted, the Bosche took possession - 24.3.18.
