Inlaid wooden box inscribed with the Ruhleben Internment Camp coat of arms on lid, together with the Camp motto "Dum spiro spero" (While I breathe, I hope). The box contains a silver cup engraved "Ruhleben Camp Sports 1915 - 1 mile open - 1st prize - P. Wright." The cup is 5.5" high.
